Reports to National Communication Working Group

1. Purpose

  • To promote Extinction Rebellion Aotearoa New Zealand with national and international media.

2. Common tasks

  • Create media opportunities
  • Monitor media
  • Respond to media inquiries
  • Maintain relationships with media
  • Direct local media to local group media liaisons and spokespeople
  • Write press releases
  • Work with the National Spokesperson
  • Work with Local Group Spokespeople and Media Liaisons
  • Delegate tasks
