This process explains how to get files into our library.
1. Login to https://ExtinctionRebellion.nz
2. Click “New” in the Administration Menu
3. Click “Portfolio” in the drop down menu
4. Create a title using our standard naming convention
(Standard file formatting system)
5. Add categories
a. Click “Design and Publication”
b. Click “Design” or “Publication” that is relevant to your file
c. Click the child category that best describes your file
6. Describe the item in tags
(i.e. A3, A2, colour, black and white etc)
7. Upload an image
a. Scroll down the page to “Featured Image (First)”
b. Click “Featured image (First)”
c. Click “Upload media”
d. Click “Add media”
8. Upload files
a. Click “Add media”
b. Click “Add media”
c. Click “Insert media”
d. Repeat until all files uploaded
9. Rename file links
a. Write “Download file: ”
b. Rename file links to a relevant file format (i.e. .PDF, .ai, .jpg etc)
c. Reorder the links so it makes sense.
10. Click publish
