1. Draft the email content using this guide (made for Tamaki Makaurau)
  2. Post it onto the website (in a separate how-to here)
  3. Post the website link to the XR Facebook page (also select the “circle” to your local XR FB Group, just below)
  4. Share the facebook page post into your local group.
  5. Make the post an announcement
  6. Log-in to Action Network and put the email content in
  7. At the start of the email write “Read this on a website” and hyperlink it to the website article
  8. Put your cursor just after “Kia Ora” at the start of the email.
  9. Press “Clips”
  11. Select “First Name”. The email will open with everyone’s first name. (Isn’t that nice)
  12. Check it all looks nice
  13. Scroll down and click “Save and Send”
  14. Check it is targeting your local group (you should only have access to your local group on Action Network anyway)
  15. Send yourself a test email to check it comes through.
  16. If it’s all good, click send and await the celebration!
