1. Contact your local group to get a Mattermost invitation.

2. Visit the Mattermost invitation link you are provided.

3. Enter a secure email address.

Do not use unsercure emails like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail. We recommend you use Protonmail. Find out how to create a Protonmail email address.

4. Create a user name

5. Choose a password that you will remember

6. Click “Create account”.

You will receive a welcome email in your inbox.

7. Open your secure email client.

8. Find the welcome email in your inbox.

9. Open the email.

10. Click “Verify email”

11. Click “Continue” on the email confirmation pop-up. (Protonmail)

12. At the Mattermost login, enter your password.

13. Click “Sign in”.

You are now logged into our Mattermost server.
