Mandate^?	To coordinate the implementation of the national strategy (internal, external, communications, and finance strategies) across national working groups and branches Non-constitutional decision-making The functions of the key working groups only where they aren’t function and only as long as it takes for them to function

Accountabilities^?	To develop and implement our National Strategic Plan (the combination of the internal, external, comms and finance plans)
