Extinction Rebellion is a network of local groups with a national coordination body. Within both, we organise through autonomous working groups (circles) within a particular area (mandate). Working groups can be broken down further into sub-working groups. Each working group has a representative that reports back and participates in it’s parent working group. The National Coordination Working Group includes representative from each local group, national working groups and office holders.
