Are you worried about the climate crisis, confused about what to believe and feeling powerless or unsure what to do? “Heading for Extinction (and what to do about it)“ is a talk that has been given all over the globe. Its purpose is to break through all the noise to offer an integral look at the science and facts about the scary reality of our shared future, followed by what we can do about it.
This talk is led by historical evidence and scientific fact, presented to you by members of Extinction Rebellion Whakatū. Expect to be shocked, inspired and empowered.
Open to all ages but we ask caregivers of minors who may attend to be wary of the content delivered, as it is quite upsettingly serious.
When: Friday 10th of March 6pm
Where: Jaycee Room @Founders Park, 87 Atawhai drive, The Wood
