Spring Rebellion
Five weeks out and we find ourselves in lockdown. Bit of a spanner in the works but the mahi goes on. The Spring Rebellion is still on track for 25-30 September at Te Whanganui-a-tara.
If you haven’t already… book your leave, suss your baby sitters, work out your study, fill out our quick registration form to help with planning and join us to rebel for all life!
If you can’t make it but want to support others to be able to attend the spring rebellion, you can make a donation to help support travel, accommodation and kai for those who may not otherwise be able to attend, at https://extinctionrebellion.
This is shaping up to be the biggest action XR Aotearoa have taken to date, don’t miss out! Lets show our colonial government what real climate action looks like!!
Keep an eye on Extinction Rebellion Aotearoa New Zealand on Facebook for the latest updates.
Before Lockdown Action
XR Ōtautahi rebels interrupted the Christchurch City Council meeting on August 12 to remind them to keep the climate and ecological crisis front and centre. Watch them in action here
