In July, the National Hui created the “Special General Meeting” to make constitutional decisions. Rather than being an open meeting like the National Coordination Team, this meeting is restricted to one representative from each branch. Today the National Coordination Team changed the name “Special General Meeting” to “National Council”. The previous name was confusing because the name means something specific within incorporated societies. As this name was only administrative it was decided this could be made in the National Coordination Team, rather than having to call a Special General Meeting.
