Humankind is staring in the face of imminent fresh water shortages\, mass crop failure\, desertification of arable land\, escalating natural disasters and potentially two billion climate refugees by the end of the century. \nIn this public talk we will share the latest climate science on where our planet is heading\, discuss options for mitigating the worst effects\, and offer solutions through the study of social movements. \nOur government has failed to take protective measures. To survive\, it’s going to take everything we’ve got. \nEveryone is welcome.
