Bin the Bill Nationwide Action Day

August 15 12-1 pm
107 Great South Rd National Party AKL HQ

Greenpeace has called for a nationwide Day of Action to www.binthebill.nz

We need to show the government that there is massive resistance to the Conservation Amendment Bill. While the government may seem to be wavering, environmental groups warn that if this passes, our natural taonga remains at risk of commercialisation and habitat destruction. We cannot risk losing these wild spaces forever.

XR does cheeky actions. So, outside the National Party HQ we will chalk, paint, poster and have a fun pointed street action.

This is how you can help:

  • Play the role of “Money” for a performance. No acting experience is required, just a willingness to practice in Mt Eden!
  • Take on fun roles: assist with stenciling, chalking and postering,
  • Make some noise!
  • Video the event to be uploaded to the website above.
  • Help with street theatre preparation from now until the 15th.

This promises to be an incredible day of nationwide action! Contact Margaret at [email protected].
